China (Shouguang) International Vegetable Sci-Tech Fair("Vegetable Fair") is an annual regular conference jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development in China ,Ministry of Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade,People's Government of ShandongProvince, Chinese Academy of AgricuIturaI Sciences, Standards Administration of the P.R.C., and China Agricultural University, with the approval of the Leading Group of National Celebration Clean-Up and Standardization Forum. It is officially recognized as an AAAAA-level agricultural professional exhibition by the state. After 21 sessions have been held since 2000, the exhibition has been broadly influencing the global vegetable industry and related sectors. In 2018, the Vegetable Sci-Tech Fair became a member of The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), thus being the only certificated orga？nization in vegetable science and technology exhibitions in Greater China.

Under the theme of " Green, Technology, Future" , the 22nd China Vegetable Fair will open on April 20 with a series of activities. The main exhibition area is 450,000 square meters, including 165,000 square meters of indoor space. The exhibition consists of 12 exhibition halls, a high-quality vegetable variety exhibition area, vegetable museum and square booth. The exhibition adopts the exhibition mode combining field planting with booth exhibition, vegetable landscape with cultural arts, as well as economic and business negotiation with sightseeing and tourism to fully display the development level of modern agriculture. The Vegetable Fair will display more than 2,000 vegetable varieties, over 80 planting patterns and 100 plus new technologies. Centered on “the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China"，the Vegetable Fair designed and produced 210 plus vegetable cultural landscapes. At the same time, the exhibition will also hold a series of colorful activities such as China (Shouguang) International Vegetable Seed Industry Expo 2021, International Facility Landscape Semi？nar, Shouguang Brand Vegetable Exhibition, Shade and Windows Decoration Exhibition, etc.

The Vegetable Fair is a big event for agriculture, technology and communication, and mainly displays high-quality varieties, leading technologies, modern concepts and extensive cultural heritage, it promotes the quality of vegetables and industry and plays a positive role in recapitalizing the rural area and transforming the old agricultural driving forces into a new one force.
